Between Ryles , O'Neill , Sarantonis and the board they have have proven they can't attract players unless they are players no other club wants . Ryles you can cut some slack as he is still a rookie , but the rest have had many years to make Parramatta a attractive destination and all they have shown is that they are utterly useless , Parramatta is no more attractive than a group 6 side .
To atttract players we have to win games, no one wants to go to a wooden spoon team. We need to win more games to draw interest. Big names don't just go to clubs unless it's for 1.5 million and a holiday

Hes even got Joey Grima there development guy up in PNG recruiting and working with grass roots rugby league up there.
They don't even have to be successful it's the fact there leaving no stone unturned that tells me there miles ahead of us.
Isn't Joey Grima part of the Eels development/ coaching team. Good feedbacks on him. However, heard in the news / forum sometime ago that he got very sick. So he's now back in rugby league and now working for another team. Parra is good at losing good people and keeping people like MON. FMD!

What's the point of a 1 year deal?? Doesn't not make sense. Need players that are committed and a one year deal knowing you're going elsewhere isn't commitment in my opinion. Better off just sticking with Joash Papali
It just makes us a better squad. Joash will still get opportunities but let's maximise 2026.
