  • Seems like an obvious replacement for Jnr but no way the Eels consider it. Hopgood and Moretti, they're the future now. lol

    • I would say Tuivaiti and Talagi more so are the next starting Props. But i know what you mean.

    •

I believe come 2027 big Tino will be on something like $1,500,000 + per season if he remains with the Titans. The only reason he would take much less than that would be to join a club that has a good chance of winning a premiership. Tino is one of the best middles in the competition, but at $1,500,000 per season the Eels should steer well clear.

  • Will go to Perth

But would love to have him

    • In that case we'll probs sign him for a year then let him go to Perth 🤣

  • I mean we have De Belin for 2026 and maybe 2027. Paulo only has a year left. Tuivaiti, Moretti and Talagi coming along nicely and Guymer has support of Moses. Tino would be nice but the money we would need to provide would be astronomical. If we invest in juniors the way we are led to believe they would we could afford it.

    • My guess would be Storm with their brain washing power and 17 rep players

    • I love how Parra wont even try this time to save us the heartbreak of us hoping. That is nice of them. If Dogs have cash so do we.

  • I have it under good authority that tino will sign for the eels in 2027

we have signed him for two  games  and the can move on to his next club , but he won't take the field as he will be suspended for those two rounds
