Just offering advice for others... just so, you know, you don't start taking shots at them for making observations.
But I see you're quick to have a go and using one of your favourites words with no basis in reality whatsoever... how true to form of you.
Chiefy, i probably agree with the last two; but do you think Matto will take less than he is on now? I am not 100%, unless the club carries some of the freight for him and his missus enjoys the UK upcoming autumn / winter.....heard he asked for the club to pay his UK congestion zone charge!
On Loan.
Well Matto and Hands going frees up maybe a player to buy. What they don't want to do is sign a player then Matto and Hands stays and means we have no money to re-sign a player we want to keep. Better safe than sorry.
Plus I reckon the club do not want to show their hand that they are heavily in the market.

Yep makes zero sense re the money. I get the top 30 spots, the money just isn't adding up.
It seems weird ...the money part would be due to clubs mandated to spend 95% of the cap each year. So, even though all those high paid players left. We have only saved max. 5% this year.
Upgrades, forward loading and paying overs to new recruits make up most I am guessing.
We only saved parts of those who left or loaned out mid season as well.
I have no idea if Ryles will succeed in terms of winning us a GF , but he gives me confidence that Parramatta has the right coach .
It brings the decision into hindsight that out of those available we may have got the best option. Doesn't mean he will win comps but out of all the coaches we were looking at or were linked to:
Wayne Bennett
Josh Hannay
Dean Young
Michael Maguire
Michael Cheika
To name a few, Ryles seems to be the better option out of all of them.
