        • He's played over 60 games In NSW cup, only 3 in NRL of course he is raw.

Only way he develops more is playing NRL. Going back to cup ain't gonna do much now for him now.

          • not talking about him going back to cup

            • Where do you put him Trent? Maybe Wing in that case?

That i could sort of understand, however i feel he needs time at Fullback as he needs to be transitioned somehow.

        • Longi is doing just fine in a badly beaten team, I reckon we will see even more from him once (if) the team starts winning with moses back.

  • Also interesting Josh Ado Carr and Matterson not named in NSW cup either.

Bailey Simmonsson is playing centre in NSW Cup

Hawkins had to come back into first grade this week due to Volkman "train and trial deal only" didnt get an NRL dispensation to play first grade with Hawkins no longer injured. Read into that what you like.

    • Why wouldn't they put Bailey straight in makes no sense

      • Perhaps match fitness? Want to ease him back.

    • I think Lomax to Wing is inevitable. But not much to look into it Hawkins was playing regardless this week.

    • Not really interesting the whole shit is depressing the fact a player like matto is in our squad.

  • Hopefully the Fox is good to go, if so he will start and his experience and energy will help. I know little of Hawkins but here's hoping he plays out of his skin and makes the most of the opportunity. I feel for him though, he will be playing behind the weakest front row in the competition and if DB continues his poor form he will have no help from the other half. It's an unconvincing team list that highlights the lack of depth we have!
On a positive note, dogs are without Burton and Kikau, and we move one week closer to Moses returning.

"I  thought the ball was going dead  when watching on tv. It was a split second decision so really not a big mistake, albeit costly at that stage of the game. I love watching the Fox, I think he brings a lot of energy and confidence that rubs off on…"
