I would therefore say "nepotism" in his case is subjective and not proven. He may have arranged for example to have his assistants to be under advice if he feels such emerging. You/we just don't know. I repeat the kid is not a bad player. Apparently his mother and sisters are very upset by social media making a meal of this.
