He also said Galvin is not worth that type of money, Galvin will attract a million from the eels a clear path at 5/8 to play next to Moses his managers cousin and the team he supported when he was young.. He knows the deal with the eels maybe that's the challenge he wants.
Galvin is going to get $800k minimum. He is not worth that but the market dictates it as it is so bare for quality halves. The one thing about Galvin is he is so good already for his age i feel he is worth the risk. If he is playing like that as a 19 year old, imagine after another full season or two?
Plus some Wests fans saying he only looked good in a spoon team. Too me that is more impressive for his age, he able to adapt with not help from teammates.
It's going to be very interesting with luai essentially coming off contract on Nov 1 with his option. Will he take advantage of Galvin being gone and hit the tigers for more money or will he just take the option as is.
And they want Taylan May there? I have it on good authority that Benji is like the manager of the joint, Api is the main coach. He runs the joint. Benji is the just the face there. Not saying he doesn't do anything but Api is mostly the coach.
That is how things like this happens. Players can feel how they want to, but the public calling them out i think is unprofessional. I would not want to see our players do that to Brown, nor would they. Do it behind closed doors.
It would be a classical Parramatta move if we signed Galvin. I can think of a few times where we have told a junior player "Sorry, we don't need you", and then years later we buy them back on big money.

To be fair, Moses was pretty meh at the time and begged us to come over. When Moses arrived he would've been flat out getting a start at many of the NRL clubs in his favoured position.
Half of this joint wanted to fuck him off after 10 games 😂 back then he had oodles of competitiveness and lacked the polish. Now he has plenty of polish but lacks the competitiveness.
"What do you want from a young half. Of course he isn't perfect he is still learning but is still 1 of better young half's and better then many experienced halves. Everyone wants to be so negative but if he is below average tell us who you would…"

Now Turuva is calling Galvin out. The place is coming very toxic and I cant see Galvin being at the club next week.

Mitch Moses, as an example.

What's wrong with that? If they are good enough for the money then so what?
Watching NRL 360 response to Galvin makes 100% on the side of Lachlan. Bunch of muppets.
He said no to a contract. I don't like the circus he created but some of the reactions are mental.
And this stupidity about how "The Tigers stood strong and showing leadership". Fuck off.
