Honestly that was the plan when signing Koina, for him to be our long term 13, Hopgood perhaps being Prop.
Hope Koina gets good game time this year, get a chance to be a starter in 2028.
If we are serious about being a development club then Koina should seamlessly replace him by then

I don't think he would be resigned anyway last 2 years little footy and not great form either we have plenty coming through in the forwards
What is he worth to us 700k a season? He could probably get that tax free at PNG.
Let him play the season out before making a decision. If his management pressure us to get a deal done before that, than I am happy for the club to take the risk of not resigning him. I back our juniors.
