Sandow for Salford?

This is only speculation but Salford has got rid of two halves in Liam Foran and Ryan McGoldrick.

Salford owner Marwan Koukash on Twitter said: "We are still chasing a number of players. We are not in a rush to sign them and will wait until their clubs accept our terms." Salford definitely expressed interest in Chris Sandow so here's hoping.

      I was thinking Mammojo signing Foran could have been part of a deal involving Sandow and that's why Foran took back news of his signing because the rest of the deal has not been done. I would have thought Sandow would have appreciated the chance of a fresh start in England as his future is not looking bright in Australia. Foran and McGoldrick together must have cost Salford close to Sandow's $550K.

    I agree, we need to give him a chance with a team that will compete. Not a team rolled backwards week after week

      As I say Ham it is only speculation but like you I hope it happens. The Reds do have an ultra cool logo, too, if that will help persuade him.

    holy crap i agree with grunta. He is spot on, sure Sandows defence is not great but until our forward pack hold their own it is pretty hard to be blaming the halfback.  He is on overs but that is the price you pay for a top quality halfback,

    Chrissy has talent, there's no denying that, however I would not be disappointed if we let him go. He clearly dosent fit into our team and it would solve our salary cap issues which I am still totally confused about
