I never said he was joining Manly. Not sure where you got that from. I was just supporting Graham about the concerns of signing Da Silva. Unlike others, I do not change sides to suit the clubs decision. I still hold the same belief. I hope I am wrong but 650k a year is too much for Da Silva after what I have seen from him. Obviosuly plenty of development left in him but 650k for a rookie is crazy to start on. I still believe 300-400k is his current worth and perhaps by his 4th year (if he develops to his potential) he would be wortht the reported 650k.
I just have accepted the club has signed him and focused on the future on how we can line up hence why I have not said much more since he was announced.
