  • Good side considering injuries and suspensions. The Penrith listed team has no Origin players listed which I find interesting unless it changes before kick off

    • Edwards Too' Cleary all carrying injuries into origin. Would be shocked if they back up. Maybe Martin yeo will but also they've played without them so might just rest the lot

      • Penrith are in a good spot where they can get by us without them or worst case afford a loss. What they don't want is to push their Origin players with hard opponents of Melbourne, Canberra and Canterbury coming up back to back to back with the possibility of finishing 5th meaning they need to play 4 finals to win it.

Cleary might just take the risk with sight for finishing strong.

        • No way they risk Cleary Too' Edwards but the forwards might play. The other 3 already hurting and just not worth risking

          • I mean i think they make finals but for Cleary it would be about getting 5th or 6th for a home semi. Why risk them for this where they can afford a loss as worst case scenario.

    • They are all named in the extended squad. That may mean players drop out to make way for them if they pull up ok.

    • Penrith SOO stars are named on their 'extended bench'. They will probably be assessed closer to Sunday.

I feel for Jo-Ash Papalii. Ryles should just stick with Hawkins/Papalii halves combo and DB in the centres instead of Samrani. Papalii is the future, f*ck DB, he's pissing off anyway. 🙄

      • Why do you want DB in the centres if we are doing that why bother with him at all.

Its like putting the white flag up.

  • Surely Simmonson in for Samrani.  I think that has to happen.

    • Bailey to centre, Guymer to bench and either Samrani or Williams to that edge,
