I don't really think he left then all of a sudden this revelation came to light. Just before Lomax was released RTS said he is staying. Then after word he said to my contact that Haas had signed with R360, Haas said he would stay at Brisbane. Jye Gray re-signed. Something was happening before that. However, it is funny the only two that did not pull out was Lomax and Papenhuyzen, both clients of Clinton Schfcofske.
That's an interesting question, and i've read what most people think should happen, about returning. I think we are forgetting what has caused this issue in the first place. I don't think Lomax was a happy camper, i don't know if the word mental demons is too harsh, but either way, i think Lomax needed to get away from NRL footy. It was weird he agitated to leave the Dragons when on excellent coin, it's weird he sought to come to the Eels, even crazier that he came for $250k less a year. Throw in not wanting to play for Australia in the Ashes and at the first hint of being able to leave the club, ie 8 months into a new 4 year contract he was making noises to see if he could get a release.
Nah he dosnt want to come back, i don't think his head is in playing NRL. For whatever reason, it's sad, but so much writing on the wall. I just hope that he is on some type of leveling out medication, or under some very good advice, because to watch him sabotage his career over and over, is just plain sad. The NRL is littered with players that have done exactly what Lomax is doing, sadly it's rare they ever succeed in the NRL again afterwards.
No definitely not defending mate, I shared an opinion on this post and the moron went ballistic, I haven't been on here for long though followed for many years, and over the years he has quite often carried on disgracefully absolutely crucifying people for differing opinion to his....I just think he is a judgemental nasty old prick !!!! You on the other hand along with many others are quality
"Oh yeah LB, there is no denying he loves Parra, and he also likes rubbing folks fur the wrong way. Repeatedly...That's gonna get you varying responses, Like from "Fuck Off" to "Fuck You" and everything in between..All styles of response to him are…"
"I have had, like everyone, my fair share of run ins with Poppa. Though he does carry one similarity and that is a love for Parramatta and that is good enough by me. No denying he knows more about the game than some i have seen here."

Rieko Loane would be a handy replacement for Lomax
He's not that guy anymore if you'd have got him 3 years ago yes but not now. You've got to target guys with some juice left Ioane's tanks on E.
Coryn, who are you best 5 we should look at and realistically?
Is there any news on whether Lomax might return to Parra now given what's happening in R360?
No, nor do I think there will be. Same with Paps and Melbourne.
