Fans should not be too concerned, while he would of been great to have Ando is not far behind him when it comes to talent spotting. When you look at all the youngsters the chooks had in their team Ando has his fingerprints all over them .

Actually that is a good way of looking at it Fongy, if we see Ando as the architect for the Roosters squad and POS as the architect for the Knights squad, they're both pretty amazing in terms of recruitment and retention/youth.
Good viewpoint, that's made me feel much less doom and gloom about losing POS.

At the end of the day O'Sullivan has been in recruitment longer than Ando but keep on mind that Ando was a pretty successful coach . They both helped the roosters win a premiership with the kids they brought to the club , Ando has a lot of contacts in NZ which is why he brought so many NZ kids to the chooks .
If we can have Rush and Ando at the club then we will be on our way , having a CEO who has has success as both a coach and CEO is huge advantage and having a head of recruitment who was a success as coach is also a huge advantage. My balls are starting to bounce .

Has a relationship with Rush already from time at St. Helens. So he has a footy mind, has been a coach with some success and managed to sign up to 4 starting players at Saints without a coach? I think that would be an excellent upgrade to Rogers.
Seems the backroom footy IQ jumped significantly.
THe single positive of Anderson (if we get him and a big IF!) is that he knows how their academy's (especially Easts) work and we could be in a position of poaching their "cherry picked" juniors.....probably stolen from us at some point.
He would be an interesting test for our conservative board, given he was very much involved in the salary cap rorts, deniable of course. It would most certainly be a triumphrant return who should be IMO a premiership winning coach, the Storm not only stole it from the club and players, but the coach and his staff as well !!!
Nice to see that fixed one day, I would like to see Jarryd wearing a "ring" not to mention the rest of the team.
