Coryn Hughes rejoice as Parramatta have signed Union convert Dru Faletolu from Wellington College. He was a part of the Melbourne Rebels and Hurricans junior systems. He plays as a Flanker or No.8 in Union so not sure where exactly he would fit in League as usually edge forwards in League play Centre in Union, not sure if changed now though.

Never heard of him but that college he's signed from is the biggest high school in the city I live in right now.I've got the feelers out finding out more.Shit I've even probably played rugby with some of his relations at my club over the years.As I've definitely played with some Faletolu's 100% there related no doubt.
Just making a few calls and got this from the Hurricanes development guy apparently this kid we've recruited hasn't played much if any rep rugby here played a few games for the hurricanes 18s but he's been a league kid mostly.
He moved here at 15 to play rugby for the Rebels. Also played club rugby in Melbourne.

It didn't work out so he moved back to Wellington last year. He's obviously got some talent to be recruited from overseas. Hopefully he ends up in the NRL.
