  • So pleased, always wished we could get him never thought it would actually happen and at a great price!

  • Dragons have signed backup hooker Fauimauo Brown for the rest of the season, almost guarantee you they had their eyes on Hands, but just didn't want to do that swap this year with how well Lomax is going.

  • This signing is huge on many levels. This signature will attract others, Lomax has taken a pay cut to play in a competitive team which will make others think before they starting negotiations with the club. BA spoke on 360 last night & explained why Asi wasn't chosen for first grade earlier, simple he had to work on a few things which he did. He not going to reward 1/2 efforts, he not worried about the rumours, he asked one thing from the club. If you want to go a different direction please let me know first. Fair enough, he a great coach & highly respected by the team & that's all he should care about. Welcome to the club Zac Lomax let's hope you go to another level at centre or fullback.

  • Bird injured this week, watch the Dragons game & see how Zac goes at centre.

  • Great News and yes good value.  I am a little suprised (happily) that the Roosters didnt swoop in considering Joey Manu announced today he will head to Rugby in Japan and the NRL didnt help the roosters (this time) in keeping him..

Homemade Baked Dinners all around !

    • Chooks may be bringing one of their ex players back to replace Manu .

    • Japanese rugby finishes its regular season early May then finals, If Manu's signing 1 year contracts nothing stopping him coming to the NRL by round 9-14 depending how his side progresses .
Roosters pay half a contract  and possibly get 18 plus weeks of footy out of him.

finishes in September/October then back to Japanese rugby for early December start.

      • Id guess that could work considering how much of a joke Rugby is but damn he would be cooked in a couple of years ....then again Im off on a tangent who cares .....bring on Zachary

        • It's no joke the money it shits on nrl money.I got a friend an ex AB over there now retired from NZ rugby signed for 1 yr basically topped his super up by a mill per season.Hes got his fingers crossed for an extension.

Smartest move Manu ever made playing under an ex AB coach and playing for the biggest company in Japan.

      • I think the NRL have said no to Manu coming back mid season. Pretty sure they also said, if they do allow it, the club would have to pay his full contract value for a full season.

Adam Magrath replied to Fiddy's discussion Raiders no halfback getting pumped
"Same goes for Hopgood, he punches through the line and is ready to offload looking for support and there is no one. So frustrating. This is where we are missing a zippy fullback who is on the ball at all times."

"X2, but a lot of this is basic stuff BA just doesn't get, his gameplan is effort on effort, and if we don't hold possession we lose, without Moses' kicking it's exposed this badly. "
