They'll probably find their way back home after Moses is retired. Let's be real Moses was in his prime when those two were here. Same with Dyl he too was in prime form.
I don't blame them, they all left under Brad Arthur's era, and BA was f*cking pathetic at developing juniors and playing them, he'd prefer to buy has-beens. They all made good decisions.
Ryles is different, I think we'll see a good crop come in under him, we just have to be a little patient.
Correct when it came to the halves and hooker, but we had shit forwards and backs for years under BA. Occasionally he had some success with Lane, Papali, and a couple of others, but the only juniors he blooded with any real success was Dylan Brown and Will Penisini.
How were your supposed to build a winning football program when behind the scenes in your front office is under administration and it's an out out civil war power struggle going on.
I mean BA is guilty of a number of things but developing juniors and having an environment amenable for junior success and transference to FG is on the club.I very much doubt many coaches survive in that atmosphere the club was under back then.
"Well the only thing I can say to this is Mitchell Moses defense was questionable at best when he first got here and it improved much like his halfback play.I guess if we are looking at Talagi and judging the real question much like Mitchell's…"
"His two comments about the Manly and Warriors games were spot on - we were in both games until half time (possession) and Warriors 14-18 and got dusted.
He probably did not play Matale / Brown earlier due to the amount of players out and using less…"
"We went through a run of 4 years back to back to back to a GF 19-22.
The fact we can only get those to is indictment on your FG coach it's an indictment on the development system the club ran.
That's been the problem with this club no culture or…"

Unfortunately, BA was coaching with vested interest with Jake and Matt career in his mind.

That's been the problem with this club no culture or identity they call us the sleeping giant that ties in perfectly with the last mentioned.

Talagi has been great in the Penrith system, but to be 100% honest I doubt we would have developed him as well if he stayed.
Our team defense is already shocking and Talagi would've been an easy target for the opposition.
Talagi's defence is still terrible, he just has better defenders around him that makes it look like his defence has improved.
