We have been to market mate , it seems nobody wants to play for us. We have been quite open in our ambitions to hand someone decent a full time starting spot and we have a wad of cash. And yet nobody has popped their heads up indicating they're intrested. Ryles seems hellbent on utilising these discards he dug up from other clubs NSW cup squads. It's like he got spooked by getting rejected by Galvin and the couple of others we've sniffed around and now he's to proud to risk getting rejected again. Maybe he's quickly learning that MON can't get it done.

💯, MON cannot sell a vision or whatever you want to call it - its painfully obvious he cannot close a deal without the club paying overs. MON won't be good for Ryles career as a long term coach
He seems to struggle closing a deal with anyone of note from outside the club even with a blank cheque. Is there a single example of a player that's on the market with even mediocre demand that MON has signed in his time at Parramatta . Serious question , is there one example of an in demand player that's got real options , that has chosen to sign with MON ?
I can't think of one single player , in how many years , not one single player of rep or even just medium decent quality has signed with MON when they've had options.

You know the footy department is struggling when they cant lure a player a blake Wilson to the club- 6 appearances for the dogs this season and playing NSW cup I'm assuming.
Just had a look at players off contract and the cupboard is bare, no quality players available which is no surprise. The job of recruitment becomes harder with the Perth bears coming in , thats why developing within is the key to our success- BUT MON and Jim have to wake up became really aggressive in the market, to land a few a big signings they'll have lure players still on contract or look at the SL - with all that cap space its reasonable to question MON and Jim credentials.
"He just inked a 1yr extension with Leeds. You would have to think he knew about the impending sacking of AOB and the Knights had likely said thanks but no thanks. Hence he is staying in the UK."

Not sold on him . But one things for sure.. Will Penisni is the worst defensive centre in the comp.
He also should give up catching bombs, utterly useless
just go on the open market and sign a 6, get Tyran Wishart
lol
Needs some huge improvement in the orf season. Surely we are still in the market for a 5/8.
