"Howarth isn't really improving that backline IMO and he has plenty of injuries. We need to be looking for a better centre than him. I wouldn't sign someone to be our first choice centre if they are not top quality. Would rather wait a year and go…"

Expectations at the Broncos are insane - if you don't deliver incredibly high standards you will get fired. Parra would be a much easier gig with a softer landing and lower initial expectations.
At the Broncos you can only fail because success is the status quo. At the Eels, success is a dream and failure is the status quo. If it was for the same money, I know who I'd pick.
His comments... "it's flattering to have an interest from a club like the Broncos"
Lets hope it means... thanks Broncos, but Eels offering much more $.

Honestly if we somehow get him i genuinely think we get best in 2028
Easy money, at $500k a year this would be a fantastic win for Parra. We have to make this happen.
Rush and POS would be a completely different prospect to what we've had - two folks with genuine runs on the board and both looked at as very successful in their domains.
This would make me genuinely hopeful and excited.
You basically offer him whatever it takes to get him , he is the most crucial piece of the puzzle for Parramatta.
Yes you do, he is defiently someone you pay overs for
Seems to me he like a challenge. Fixes the roster, then moves on to the next club. He doesn't have to do all that much at the Bronco's other than some tweaks here and there. The albatross around the Bronco's neck is the coach if you ask me so he'd have that to contend with.
What bigger challenge could there be (Tigers excepted) than Parra? We are cashed up, a 40yr premiership drought and a lot of young talent coming through. Would be a massive addition to his CV.
