NRL limit on contact training

"All 17 NRL clubs were informed on the eve of the season that their players are to engage in no more than 100 minutes on a regular seven-day turnaround." to limit brain injury....I think it includes wrestling.

Was there previously an NRL limit? 100 min is less than I thought would be required

  • This is only for in-season. I'd imagine that in-season they reduce the amount of contact they're doing compared to the pre-season to limit injuries.

"Yes I agree on those bullet passes to a player 5 meters away.  Its not on as possession is more important with these new rules "
