I couldn't imagine anything to do with salary cap. I'm thinking more like the board issues where 4 directors charged and suspended 3 other directors banning them for 15years earlier this year. It will be a board issue / governance etc re the Holman Barnes Group runing the West Ashfield Club which holds the majority licence share in the Wests Tigers.
The Mayor of Inner West council is calling for Liqour and Gaming to come in take over and investigate historic misdemeanors re West Ashfield Club and the infighting for the Wests Tigers merger. I'm not sure what these were though.
They have previously moved on chairman Lee Hagipantelis and CEO Justin Pascoe.

I heard on Sunday at confession of all places that there is a major drama at the Tigers. According to the person confessing Benji Marshall is about to come out any day now.
Apparently he isn't a coach at all. He is just hanging around to collect the next spoon to make a full set of four. Then he swears he'll go.

Not really. You can bet on games without intentionally throwing or fixing aspects of the game. Just knowing a key player is going to withdraw or is carrying an injury could be enough to entice a player to have a bet.
Till nek minnit they in over their heads, or greedy and it goes from insider info to affecting points spread etc....the fact Tandy was the last caught just means that he was stupid and obvious, not that it is rare.
