"Would've never happened, Wizzy. We'd likely still have Gutho, RCG, and paid up big to keep Dylan long-term with ratchets (probably no POs though as club made call after 22 GF). Ryles is closer to Pezet too. Doubt he'd bother anyways. He'd probably…"

Probably be another Matterson
I just read the Storm are looking at signing Jack Hetherington to replace Nelson. I've said on here for years Hetherington would be a good signing who we should go after.
With the right coach as he is a scatter brain.
They'll make a play for Tino in 2027 Melbourne that's who'll they'll be setting themselves up for Heatherington is just a stop gap.If they and Tino and have Stefano there they'll be set in the foward pack for the next 5 years at least throw in Grant and continue adding workers there set.
Its all about positioning to get big fish they've paid Nelson out so his salary is now off the books this year and next.
Coryn, you hhave mentioned this payout of NAS a few times now.....that payment? how is it included in the Storm cap?
He opts out of his contract is my understanding the Storm pay an agreed sum.Caps cleared.
The player has to instigate it though.
If there's a payout, I'm certain it is included in the cap.
I am inclined to agree otherwise evryone would do the same thing.....it has to be included but that is my "logical" pluck!
I could absolutely see Tino going to Perth, but back to Melbourne I don't think that will happen.
He won't go to Perth he wants to win.I think he'll take less to win.
