Makes that call even more laughable, it was a head clash the bunker looks at it with all those video's and still got it wrong.
Another Todd GreenTurd failure.
Did I read correctly that Smith hasnt be cited for touch the ref?
Can anyone confirm?
ED : Does it really show that? Or does it show that Greenturd is appeasing Nick Polities over the Ben Cummins --Trent Robinson farrago? Has Robinson been charged or find as any other coach would have been? I say again that Rugby League is on its way out with Greenberg as CEO.
FF: Good point about Canterbury`s Luke Patten. Green burg all over it.
For mine they are getting to involved, and should only come into play on putdowns, and sidline tries
Chief : Your dead right. I was going to blog on that issue but will say my say here. I did not watch the Eels game against the Cowboys nor did I see a replay. However, I saw a news brief which showed Norman` alleged sin in slow motion and zero motion at the he pulls at the jumper of the Cowboy`s player. Open and shut case! But when I saw it in normal, true motion, it quiet another story. In normal speed the contact between the two players seemed minimal. Something that goes on between players in every match. If you are facing a collision at any time you use your hands to minimise the collision. At worst a penalty against Norman. But normal speed is required in most cases of this type. Where the slow motion might have been of some advantage was to determine who touched who first? If Morgan touched Norman first, Norman was within his rights to protect himself and a pull on Morgans jumper was part of that protection reflex. I did not see enough of the slow motion relay to determine that. The collision between them was minimal in time not worthy of a send off.
The send off of the Warrior`s player last night was outrageous and like the Eels game was ruined by the that decision of the referee. The referee should be dropped for that.
