It would be actually interesting to see what a change of scenery would do for him, he's definetly a rocks and diamond player. If we targeted anyone you'd have to look at Luciano Leluia, change would do him good also
It's interesting isn't it, a good way to look at where we should source players from is to not examine the individual player/s but the club. A club in turmoil, in transition or where there is player unrest. Conversely the clubs we should avoid are those that are stable, well managed and players want to be at.
For a long time (I mean years) I've said the Titans were a good club to look at. Boyd, Kahn Pererra, Erin Clark and David Fafita have all been good pick ups for their new clubs. Presently it's the dragons and maybe soon the dogs if they continue on the path they are on. Makes it easier to get a deal done and obtain value if the player wants to be somewhere else.
No thanks. Moses Suli was sacked by two teams for having a poor attitude. He's one of them players who was talked up a lot when he first came on the scene as being something but it has never materialised.
We have done well with rejects Steely, that said we can and may do better, but I see no benefit in undermining him without at least seeing what he can do for us.
Just remember Ryles will have the final say, I am sure he will have enough information on Suli to make a decision based on that.
Of course the exception to that is you have information along with the other naysayers that Ryles is not priveldged to.
"When was the last time Eels signed a decent player from another club that actually did something beneficial? I can only think of a few and that was years ago. Players like Steven Edge ( Dragons) Mackraken and the other Bulldogs player that Brian…"

"LB, that point you make about "belief" is huge not just in R&R, but in performance.
Terrell May is an excellent example.
Actually , he makes me wonder about someone like Suli who many clubs and fans don't believe in. "Oh he's crap, I will hand in my…"
""This guy is as shit as it gets and there's clearly a reason St George are getting rid of him, it's because they've realised he's shit!"
Is this what you referred to Cheefy? I might have a seeing eye dog, but he read that out clearly to me......for…"

All good points Adam!
