Basically, Matto is saying that he is open to staying in England beyond this year. Whilst he's still contracted to the Eels for 2026, his future remains uncertain.
Apparently, he moved to England to regain enjoyment in his football (LOL).
He stated he's focused on the short term and has left future contract discussions to his manager. Parramatta hasn't confirmed if they’ll release him for 2026, but given he was out of their plans earlier in the season, it's possible they may consider it.

I'm a bit surprised to see that you've listed Da Silva grouped with Moses, Paulo and Lomax. Surely not? Do you know roughly how much we're paying him?
$2.5M thru 2029 season was reported...so $550K + on average per year.
