Prob not my preferred option as id like to give him the year to develop in cup but in saying that hes started the year off on fire and his defensive positioning has been great (attack is no problem with him). Hes taken a massive leap forward and looks comfortable in the ryles system, id be keen to see how he goes.
Yep I wish he had more time in cup before his debut but if it needs to happen then so be it. I just really hope everyone takes a chill pill. His defence is good but not to the level of Brown when he made his debut. His attack though is superior than Brown's. But I hope everyone is patient. The bloke is only 19/20 years old so expect errors and a rush of blood from him. People shouldnt start crucifying him if he has a poor game or makes a mistake because he definitely will have it for someone so young and leanring.

Personally , I rate Lorenzo highly. Just bit worried about coming into a side that is leaking points everywhere. He is a better front on defender IMO than what PEZET has shown so far. He definately has great feet and plays eyes up footy very…"
"Good move by the club to make a public statement. Keep going.
The refereering was farcial yesterday. Everyone saw it. It was worse than round 1. The ref was making it up as he went.
Although it'd never happen, clubs in other sports have used…"
"Only one big difference, Brown's defence was already up to par before even getting to NRL. Lorenzo has a bit of work to do. But not against him debuting."

Exactly. Give these young players a chance! The Eels need some youth and energy in the team
Good point + he's not that young. I think he's 20 odd. Not a teenager
Though EA, way I see it is if his defence is a problem, well what's the difference with Pezet?
I think, at least v Titans you could get away with it for a week or two.
Yep Pezet defence may be even worse. Renzo reads is good. Sometimes he can just struggle to hit and stick since he is still young.
7. Moses
6. Papalii/Twidle/Lorenzo?
5. Fox
4. Kelly
3. ???
2. Twidle?
1. Twidle/Paplii?
There are simply gaps there and we can expect 1-2 debut's?
I'm glad, he's young but this will be good experience for him,

I reckon TBA will get a few debuts this week.
Hows his defence? He's pretty small Jai Gray type player, or maybe a Nikorema. Is his best position 6??
