  • Throw a million at him. What ever it takes we got the cash

  • Are we still in the hunt for Solomona or not?

  • 900K for him is market value MON get in there have a crack you clown...he is a rep forward and a good one at that

  • Not for that money, he is a solid forward, he's not a game breaker, just a worker.

  • We should have the money to buy him but i bet we dont even try to buy him

We need him to improve next year or we go backwards if we dont  start to buy players

  • Yeh what his manager asks for, what he will be paid to stay at Souths and what some other club deems to pay him are all the subjectives in the equation.

We would need to understand his needs, ambitions and comfort playing for a team like Parramatta. Again this is a Ryles exercise to meet with him and MON together.....before anyone calls MON a clown or the like he has to meet Ryles expectations and wants.

The geniuses on here who think offer him a mill and he will come do not seem to understand those aspects. In truth we arguabably do not need him but if we do Ryles will understands how he fits all those relevant aspects.

I see Keon's price as irrelevant (within reason), because he is an absolute no brainer for the Eels.

Paulo was fantastic last season, though, he’s fighting the clock & Keon is a perfect replacement longer term.

He seems to suit JR’s preference in forward body type, can play huge minutes & his defence remains very solid. Has good lateral movement for a big dude.

He’d give Ryles the opportunity to play Paulo in shorter bursts which could be very effective, as well as allow Jack Williams to remain on an edge where he looked awesome last season.

The Eels are arguably on a better trajectory than Souths, and although it's hard to compete with Bennett, Ryles being an elite prop in his time could hold some value.

I know 1EE is split on the Eels R&R to a degree, but if Ryles wants Keon, and he’s genuinely interested in leaving Souths & not simply forcing the Rabbits into a higher offer, it’s a huge opportunity for our R&R to ensure they can provide the coach with an elite player he wants.
