  • Not concerned.  His future is probably in the back row. Definitely not a starting centre.  His best quality is his ability to adapt anywhere on the feild but in my opinion he isn't a priority.

    • he can play wing centre second row and one thing most notably wrong with our roster is depth. So he is a priority and his ceiling is still high whether in second row or whever. His a keep

      • He's not a priority.   A priority would be someone we can lock into a position for years to come.  Samrami is a back.up that can be filled by anyone.

Do you think the panthers would make Samrani a priority?  Cmon. Hes way down the list of future signings.

      • I wouldn't say Samrani's ceiling is high. He will be 25 soon. But he is NRL standard and, as you say, versatile. That makes him useful to any squad.

  • I quite like him but unlike most I quite like him as a winger. I think we should sell him on that right wing spot after Kelly. But anyway, not the end of the world if he goes.

  • Not sure how to feel about this one. But what I do know is we need a quality rep back.

  • He's better than Sean Russell.  But not much better. Definitely not a priority signing

    • Russell would beat Samrani by 20m over 100

      • And that's all he's good for. Russell doesn't make enough metres, line breaks or even tackle breaks. His defence is nothing special either.

        • So what, i didn't complain when Russell signed with the bears

"With how hard we've h web looking for centres can't see him getting a first grade look in at centre in 2028. Also be tough competition in the back row.  Probably be better for him long term if he tries to get a contract with more opportunity "

"A club would pay him more than $150-200k. He would get a starting spot at a few bottom clubs at least. Gold Coast for example i reckon would take him to start."
