Read somewhere on Facebook a post on insta where Murphy has basically said she has left the eels, something around injury management? Has anyone else heard or read this?
Not sure how I feel if the case, the squad does need a refresh, but she is a leader there so maybe a loss? We do however have some really good women coming through the grades so maybe it is a bleed the youth policy in the ladies now as well as the men's team?

Modern rugby league is about continuous efforts and elite levels of fitness. When your captain neglects nutrition plans and shows up to training camp 10kg overweight it sets a really poor standard for the younger players...

yeah ok but both had bad year with injuries
Maybe shes just fatiged after such a tough season ....
She was let down by her fitness this year. Injury can't throw your fitness out particularly with short seasons but still was a big disappointment this year
There's poor leadership in that team and general complacency. Keilee Jospeh will be made captain to fix this up
