If the Dogs got Tino it would throw their whole cap out the window. They would need to dump players left, right, and center.
Dragons will have a crack and throw $1.5 at him, but they need a halfback more than they need a prop and will land at the same place as the Titans are at currently.
For the price of Tino ($1.5m), I'd rather have team balance and get Moretti, Tuivaiti, and Williams for the same price. Get us one more Prop and 2nd rower at the calibre of Jack Williams and we'll be sweet.
