Game Day Blog - Eels vs Dolphins

I'm in Cairns and it's very hot and humid here, so I can imagine what Darwin is like and how the boys are feeling!

Tonight we see the Eels take on Benny's boys in our annual home game in the Territory. Recent years have been unsuccessful for the Eels copping a couple of touch ups and hopefully this year is different. The Dolphins have their best 3 players out and even with Moses out, there are no excuses for BA and the team.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Talagi is used from the bench if he is used at all! I am one who agrees with his selection, he's just got to be in the team somewhere.

So, who wins and by what margin?

MOM?

  • These bums are scoring at will.

Our team is worse than useless. No wonder Darwin people support the opposition. Who would want to support this rabble if they weren't rusted on like us?

  • Are the crowd chanting "boring" in the background?

  • BA is done. This team is not interested in playing for him. They don't want to play for their fans. 1/2 the squad only care about their own pay packet. Zero pride in the blue and gold jersey

  • Bostock goes past Russell like Russell is asleep. You can't make this shit up.

  • I hate to call a season early, but I can't see anywhere near a top 8 finish from Parra. Need changes, big changes immediately. Arthur has got it wrong too many times, I have defended him in the past, but this year has to be the nail in the coffin

  • Embarrassing!!!

  • These losers have given up.

  • I think that Roar write up posted earlier was spot on.

  • Hang your heads in shame. Fark off now Arthur and take Lussick with you. This rubbish cannot be defended any longer. Heartless and what I am watching shows you clueless dope of a coach have lost the room.  Over paid hacks!  Disgraceful hacks.
