Ive listened to it they've suggested Matterson, Lomax and Bailey. Bailey has confirmed he'll be here for tge next few years.

Out of those 3 it's almost definitely Matto. Bailey has realised there's no one in the market for him and the club aren't going to sack Lomax off while he remains a contracted player. Matto on the other hand, spent 4 months in Europe and couldn't get a Super League club interested in him.
Don't be so sure, if Matto is being sent home from training then they may well be going to terminate him on behavioural grounds and let him pay to challenge their descision.

Or just plain ostracized. Does Nrl have to approve termination?
No but they can approve us paying him to fuck off and it being exempt from our cap. If we are following a process to sack him based on behavior we can then apply for an exemption.

If we paid him in full and sack Matto, I can't see how the NRL can disapprove. It does create a top 30 spot for this coming season though. Not sure what our actual cap position is for this season, but it does potentially give a junior an upgrade earlier than contracted. Bit of an incentive for the juniors to really put in this offseason
We can come to an agreement of paying out the remainder of his deal, only thing is it will come off our cap. It is up to Parramatta to think is he that bad to just leave in Cup and take up money but he needs to be gone.
Either way whether you leave him in Cup or pay him out, same thing happens as his money is still on the cap. Only difference is a top 30 deal available but with $600k less it would be a player you can have on minimum on a dev deal anyway.
"I don't get the fuss, it's the right move.
Australian jerserys aren't to be just handed around willy nilly even if the other players are worthy of wearing it, which they all are.
If we were playing a 2nd tier team then you could probably give a few…"
"NoS, Yep, that's about the sum of it, and it's diagnosed in a post-mortem autospy.
Post-asteroid, the game will probably evolve into something else, like dinosaurs & thier descendants through birds and reptiles.
Modern players will develop CTE…"
"I'm pleased you spelt it right Chiefy..... a lot on here would have said "pawn"' star.
Yes those were the days Chiefy, when bush was best and mowing the lawn had that "grass of home" feel to it.
From one of my movies .....lol"

Well Matto would be wrapt, stay away and get paid, they're playing into his hands. Exactly what he wants.
Im sure it was in Matterson’s plans to have a huge final contract year (as usual), and show prospective clubs he's worth 650k at least.
Now he's not worth a pinch of sht.
Ryles called his bluff. BA would have babied Matterson in a bid for Brad to keep his job for longer, but not Ryles who is about the club first
Now Matterson’s little 4k fine trick, will cost him millions.
