It keeps lagging when I try putting the article up so I won't bother but coming from code sports.
The eels are offering Jordan samrani in a player swap for Mitch Barnett and also a three year 2.6 million dollar deal.Personally I think it's a bit to much.Lmk your thoughts 💭?

I don't know if you agree with me, disagree with me or are insulting me, but sure. That was a difficult read.

Samrani is a great back up and can see him having a 50-100 game career scattered over 6-10 years.
but at the end of the day we will be swapping a fringe player for a sure 17 player.
samrani is 4th choice winger (jac simmoson and Russell)
4th choice centre (penisini Russell and kelly)
and quite down the line for edge forwards (Williams Kautoga tuilagi guymer and 2 juniors coming through that will be on nrl contracts in 27.
with the expanded bench we know longer need that forward who can fill in as a back in a pinch.
from Samrani perspective he is fringe first grade quality so perhaps warriors may be a bit short in any of those positions he can cover. He'd also likely score a slight contract upgrade there too.
win for Samrani and win for the club.
I guess, if someone like Penisini or Nanva can kick on then even better but at this stage once one of the backline go down, the next man up goes in but after them?
But also if Warriors accept that for Barnett then it's crazy how they'll accept. A starter for a current reserve
I don't mind giving samarni but I just don't think Barrett is worth 820. Not sure we wouldn't just offer Kolo that extra year or may that money at the time
That's a bad idea on so many levels, I doubt there is much truth to this at all.
Broncos only offering 2 years @750k per season. Eels 3 years @860 per season. You would think he takes the 3 years
