Nelson Asofa-Solomona admits offers from the Warriors and also an $800k offer from Parramatta. Not sure how long the deal was and whether 100% true. But if it is, why offer that much and it seems they are desperate to get a middle in of some…
"The ball cannot be stripped as soon as a second defender gets involved in the tackle in any way. Loose carry still applies.
Charge downs are a free ball. Attacking team recovers and their tackle could continues (not restarting at first tackle),…"

They are also keen on Josiah Pahulu too. Cannot fit them all in. If they get Pahulu, they might ease on Thompson. Wests have May, Dragons might go for Thompson. Raiders are a clear fav at this point, unless Pahulu stays at GC then Dogs are. Or we could be used as a pawn to get more money out of wherever he is going, meaning we weren't interested at all.
We still have Matt Lodge waiting in the wings LB. Wiz is offering him a carton of soft drink empties as a third party deal.
No thanks
Gus has fed him Chinese. Its all over.
Could Fletcher Baker head our way? Might be squeezed from broncos. If this Thompson deal doesnt come off
Baker has good size but he is a depth signing to me. Could still be developed too. We need starters however.
I think Baker would be a worthwhile 1 or 2 year deal on cheap coin. I agree that he is unwanted and likely to be squeezed out in Brisbane
Some news this morning saying Leo Thompson is going to Dogs
big coin for the front rower
what would you expect ? $650+ a season
Gould is also been quoted as saying he won't pay overs for any players, Leo may not end up at the dogs
In other news
That is according to Code Sports, who are reporting the 23-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year deal from 2026 worth around $500,000 per-season.
Joe O is another Matterson a imposter trying to pretend to play first grade rugby league. Both should be reported to NRl integrity unit for stealing money!!!
