The SMH is reporting that Dylan Brown's management has circulated an email to rival clubs for an expression of interest in the playmaker.
The five-eighth has a player option in his favour for the 2026 season but is yet to enact it.
The Eels have until round 10 to either convince Brown to activate his option or have him sign a new contract removing the player option clauses.

Imagine brown doing this if bellamy was coach or politis was the boss? His bags would be packed asap
You mean like how Munster was told to pack his bag's.
If money is what's most important to Dyl, fair enough and we should all wish him the best wherever he goes but the Eels need to find players who want to be here first, money second.
I hope he stays because the Eels is where he wants to be.
Doesn't exist anymore unfortunately.
No one stays for less if you live in Australia, you can't afford to give up money anymore.
Good balanced post. If I had to guess Browns manager is trying to renegotiate Browns contract to his current market value. That's probably not a bad thing because of out of the renegotiations those silly options will hopefully go away.
The email was pretty tactless but since when do player managers care about the thoughts and feelings of fans?
ME, feel you're spot on, the club clearly want to eliminate player options, as they are with Moses, so this is likely an opportunity to do so with DB.
Haha yeah player managers have no emotional attachment, unlike us, which is probably in their best interest? But, it would be nice if they could just respect the club enough to keep the media out as much as possible.
A lot will complain about the cost, but DB continues to get better on the field, and has yet to fully reach his potential, and is already one of the top five 5/8's in the game (in my opinion).
A halves combo like Moses & Dylan don't come around often, who have multiple seasons now playing together, with arguably the best attacking outside backs they've had to work with, under new coaches and attacking structures, and with their growing origin & international experience, I'm surprised so many are willing to give up on that.
We just need these two fit & on the field, and fully committed to the club, and throw in Lomax, Hopgood (fit & hopefully playing his natural game), JAC, Iongi, Kelma (fit) Williams, Papalli & 2025 is intriguing.
Nice post NOS, you've made some really good points which is to be expected - keep posting mate.
Thanks Mick, always great to read your posts legend.
Nice one NOS, good post. I hope your right, and DB is not going anywhere and it's all sorted before the season starts.
