No mental block, simply knowing not to rely on it 100% for all the information i wish to gain. You yourself have gone down that route, therefore more prone to make mistakes on information if you rely on it. AI can be a wonderful tool, as an addition, not as the main resource.

The difference between media extract and AI copy and paste is that AI's capacity for errors, simple ones at that, is higher than media extracts. People posting a blog that is simply a news story is in my opinion fine as not everyone has access to those stories online due to subscriptions or there is a new side to a story. AI is basically taking those but putting their own spin on it through thorough research, to thorough to the point is makes mistakes.
Again, i the other day asked it who should Parramatta get as an assistant after Mark Russell hire, it mentioned Josh Hannay and Dean Young we should hire as assistants. It gets things wrong, quite a bit. Not saying it is not useful, it can be. But relying on it?
I doubt you edited any of that as the font, bold words and layout is all AI centric.
