all class was Brett " Bert " Kenny , the swerve the deceptive speed plus his unassuming and humble personality, also excelled at baseball too I believe.

Obviously bias but I've never seen a better 5/8 and that includes Fittler, Daley and Lewis.

Never saw him live of course, thought everyone I know who did, Eels fan or not, raves about how good he was. Even some I know played against him and said they don't know how but he was so strong and fast.

Should be an immortal before Lockyer.

I asked him a couple of years ago why he isn't an immortal, he sheepishly answer, "I don't know". The eels legends get absolutely no respect from the league community, probably because we gad such a good team with so many absolute stars.
