I don't think Gutho will go anywhere at all. He is being paid well, is Captain, is getting towards the latter end of his career, has busted his arse for the Club. His form dropped recently but we know that was the result of carrying injury. Plenty of Clubs with string fullbacks out there. Can't see another Club wanting to sign him for what we are paying him in the circumstances, even if he did want to leave.
He has been close to, if not the only, player who has put in 200% effort every single game. He has played through everything and has never ever given up.
The praise is deserved. It doesn't mean Gutho will go elsewhere, Gutho gave his all because he's a competitor. Like everyone who gets a new boss, it's a nerve-wracking time, but that's the situation for every new incoming coach and they know how to deal with it.
"Im seeing Metcalfe at St George if you ask me as there halfback.
Atkinson at 6
Drinkwater at fullback
Liddell as there 9.
I think Metcalfe wants to run a team that's what he was at the Warriors before he got hurt. What it does tell me though is…"
"It's just a pure observation there is no gripe just the mentioned.I'm an eyes person that's the evidence your asking for my eyes are telling me we've adapted something different to what we were at the beginning of the season. It feels as if we aren't…"
"Nikorima is probably a better defender than Volkman but Nikorima at Dolphins has had a steady stream of tall, fast outside backs to take alot of pressure off of him in attack. Nikorima reminds me of Terry Lamb in some ways. Of course hated that dog…"

He won't. He is not going to get the coin he is on with us anywhere else.
Gutho nearing end of his career, but no way he leaves the club lol. Playing group will stick solid

Kinda how people expected Hindy to leave after Smith left he should of he was good enough to grab a deal at a team that could of won.
Gutho is in his 30s still good but not elite and won't demand the same coin
I doubt any club would offer him a long term deal also he doesn't have a Brad Arthur clause
Gutho will be lucky to play next year, he is pretty busted. I can see an early retirement
BA rightly praised Gutho.

You are right Captain, he's been inspirational!
See you Gutho.....
MA too no doubt - couldn't give a toss ...
You should give a toss about MA. A gun hooker coming through and there are not any good ones on the market.
