I could see him being that Walker type for us. If you see him in lower grades he did play some back-row. Not saying he should play back-row but I'm saying he's better suited to a Lock type role in the middle where he can run, watch his Flegg highlights bloke can run in open space.
Yep. I can defintely see Ryles adopting a similar system to B.Smith - Grant in Melbourne. Ryley plays the first 25, then moves to lock, allowing TDS to come on against a tiring defence.
"I'd argue that reserve grade is a better place to learn than the NRL, and the only reason to play a youngster in the NRL (rather than NSW Cup or Qld Cup) is because you have to, i.e. he is in your top 17 players and is being paid accordingly.…"

Elevated to the top 30 and extended until the end of 2027.
Fantastic news.
I feel like Iongi is the one they really have to lockdown long term. To near 2030 if possible. Great talent
Agree 💯
X 3, BEM, Eli.
Really like Ryley's high-energy, while Iongi is pure class — a real footballer.
Both have the right attitude & commitment. They're exactly who we need.
Great news. He's a really exceptional talent as is Longi and Papali

Maybe late in the halves when teams are tired. At 84kg he needs to hit the all you can buffet before he plays much lock or back row.
He wont be it this year or next, more so 2027.
That's inst breaking news.
