The result against a mediocre team

To be beaten by the bulldogs is a strong indication of where we stand going forward.I would be surprised if we win any of the games going into the finals and based on that performance we will loose the first round of the finals.This end of the season

We are a better team than last year

I have noticed a few comments suggesting that we are over achieving and that we are pretty much the same team as last year. But I have to disagree with those thoughts and here are my reasons why we are a lot better team than last year.

1. We need one more win from four games to get into the finals and that may be enough to give us a home final. Not much difference between coming 3rd - 6th for our premiership chances.

2. If we win now we can then focus less on making the final

1. Beating a struggling team to gain momentum
2. The season is on the line and we need to make the 8 or even the top 4
