2 forwards away from a title

Last night exposed how terrible Parra are up the middle when RCG and Paulo are off. We are clearly lacking a world class bench player.

Our current bench will get us through the early rounds with hard work but they will tire.

Signing one more world class forward would be the difference between remaining in the top 4 after round 20 or not. Signing 2 world class front row forwards would put us into the top 3. Talent and luck will play the rest.

Signing these forwards on low club deals and a huge TPA could help manage cap issues.

    • You really are a low life.

      • Very true indeed, snake check your instant messages.

    • Pops, you need to stop watching those Rock Hudson movies. You don't seem the same.

  • There are no such thing as world class bench players. There are world class players, we call them starters, and there are the rest, we call them bench players.

  • Sorry, but I think we now have one of the biggest, most agile, balanced and best forward packs in the competition.

  • Niukore

    Evans

    Kaufusi

    Tauhekiahu

id pay to see that Bench

    shop - Terepo & Alvaro

build Stone to atleast fit the jersey and then he is built like Radley and becomes real weapon

    • We're not getting Taukeiaho, and that bench is unbalanced in any event. You don't need what is essentially 4 middle forwards when our starters plays about 50-60 minutes each.

  • We have the squad to win the comp. As Poppa said above within the constraints of the salary cap we have absolutely done the best we are going to do.,
