So Centre is all done and dusted. Timana Tahu and Jamie Lyon are the Centres chosen.
Now onto Five-Eighth, think i might know where this would go but someone also could surprise.
Side Note: I put Brett Finch in here as i can separate the art from the artist. We judging players not the person. Just clarifying. Also he played a full year at 6 and only played 2 full years so i classified him for 6.

The best of a pretty ordinary bunch, really.
Why can't Kenny be chosen in today's teams
This is 1998 onwards, NRL era. If all time I don't even do survey as Kenny Gets it.
Sorry LB , i find this position that i just can't vote. Leaving out Jason Smith who meets the 1998 criteria is a mistake in my opinion. He would be my first choice, Still played for Australia in 2000 as an Eel.
Yeah fair call, that was a miss by me, thank you for mentioning BE. If any others want to vote Smith i am happy to include it here?
Cheers LB. I just can't go past him, the only 5/8 on that list to play for Australia and multiple times, back in the 2000's he was one of our best players, i'd say he could even be second to the great Brett Kenny for us.
Bret Kenny by a mile but out of the 1's on the list Michael Buettner
For 5/8th, the question is really what if the Eels had Jason Smith paired with Mitchell Moses not Dylan Brown?
Does Brown still take #6 if the halves combination is considered?
Does Burt take wing if we consider the advantages of goal kicking (Moses and Burt vs just Moses) and backline cover (can cover #1)?
