How far off is Dylan Brown

Is he going to be the next young half to emerge after Cleary and Flanagan. Also can we sign that Drinkwater kid from Melbourne. Absolute standout against a strong panthers side a week or so ago.

His way behind all of them. He is far from special at all and will never be a quality half back in first grade. Nothing special at all if you watch his game in lower grades.

  He is playing ISP at 18, and more than holding his own. And his defence is excellent for a young half, he still at least a year or two away from first grade but you are talking out of your arse.

I thought the same about Drinkwater. He was high energy but composed at the same time. Really liked the look of him. I’d making enquires about him. Moses and Norman have had their chance. One must go.

He's gonna take us to new heights just like Troy dargan, Zach Dockar-Clay, Jamal Fogarty, and Albert kelly.

  His defence is far superior to any of those blokes, he has shown more at 18 than any of those blokes and Kelly could of been an outstanding player If his head was screwed on straight.

    We should just pick him and see what happened then. The biggest issue with picking halves too early is invariably their defence. Just pick him round 1 Brad. Might as well, Moses and Norman have failed anyway.

"I would be looking to move him on now. He is contracted until the end of 2025 but we should be looking to move him by November 2024. We can pay the last year of his contract out. He can come over here to England and play for one of our teams."
