Anybody watching the AFL GF?

Its 3 quarter time and the swans are getting beat by Geelong, 101-27, FMD, what an embarrassment to the AFL and Swans.

What makes a team play or fail like this on the big day? it would make an interesting study.

This is almost sad to watch.

The point of this blog isnt to put the boot into the poor Swans, its to ask the question, how can a big day go so bad?

Almost better off the Swans didnt make the GF, these type of losses do more bad than good.

We need to hit the ground running next week, be fully ready to go.

We cannot run out flat next week

    • Yeah its sad to watch Mack, scary too seeings we are in a GF next week, the mind starts to wander, i need to get it back on track and only manifest winning.

      • It's cos I didn't rub on buddy

        🤣🤣

  • Shambles isn't it....

    Were the Swans favourites?

    • no idea mate, but i had the impression they were fairly close, its a tough watch seeing any team beat like this, this is humiliating for all sydneysiders

      • Massively off the pace, everything Geelong are doing sticks and every time the Swans get the ball theres a Geelong player there smothering any time or space they had.

  • Definitely cannot do a 2001 and be too awestruck and like a deer in headlights

  • Unfortunately I follow the swans in AFL and they were horrendous. First quarter they lost the game.

    Pathetic and disgraceful performance..

  • It's pretty much what would've happened to the Cowboys if they came up against The Riff in Sydney next weekend.  We played pretty shocking and accounted for them . Imagine them down here against Penrith if Penrith were at their best.

I really doubt we'll look at another fb

He received a poor pass from dummy half from the young Ron Massey dummy half (only played due to injuries) and Matto went…"

"No way I'd be moving Longi and risking him wanting to leave for another opportunity to play fullback somewhere else. The kid didn't hone his skills in Penrith for 3 years in nsw cup to come play 5/8. "

I also wouldn't mind Galvin, the disaster that has been going on around his escape from they tigers is regrettable but i dont think any of his making. He is very…"

I will say this and that is Rylie Smith is a better talent than Reed Mahoney ever was (that doesn't mean  Reed was rubbish btw). Don't…"

"Don't mind that idea Frankie.... I'm not convinced on Galvin for somewhat different reasons. He is a talent but I would prefer to pay Cobbo a million before Galvin.
Cobbo is a game breaker and they are a lot rarer than 5/8's that add value."

A ALTERNATIVE TO GALVIN

I'm not a huge fan of Galvin primarily because I think he has big ego and because who his manager is , having your halves both managed by Isaac Moses is a recipe for future disaster and we simply don't have the management who could handle Isaac if…
