I love Twidle, you can just tell he is not a robotic NRL player, he plays with instincts. Not saying he is Munster, but Munster plays the same. Apa gets the ball, looks to see what is infront of him and says "Let's try this". That can be dangerous but also rewarding when you have a player like Twidle who looks confident in himself.
Twiddle had 3 try assists in the halves, he is similar to a young Munster, I think he should make a debut this year at some stage, even off the bench. Lorenzo played very good also
Watching the other games of the round parra seem to be the only club that don't have a heap of quality young backs. I don't think there is a backline in the comp that you wouldnt prefer to parras backline.
This has been the problem. Our juniors are always 'not ready'. It shouldn't matter who we are playing. Playing inexperienced juniors with all upside is better than persisting with players that aren't doing the job. Ryles has done it with alot of other positions it will be interesting to see if he brings in some fresh outside backs.
"Chatter on Tago to Eels getting louder but i actually do not want Lomax going to Penrith in a swap as that means he more likely wins a comp and do not want him rewarded hahaha. But also, i feel if we hang on long enough, with Tago being on so much…"
"We'll also be looking for a new ceo next year too won't we as JS has done 8 years on the Parra board and by constitution 9 is the most they can stay on it.Please correct me if I'm wrong.
MoN why bother getting rid of him now why have we just…"
"Ummm when Penrith signed him he was playing park footy in Newcastle. At the time we were rebuilding it would have been a dud signing opinion by most here.
Unless you were talking about when Alamoti came in for him late in the year, in that case…"
"Yeah he is a Winger, but he adds energy and leadership to our squad. Also speed. One thing Brisbane lacked v Penrith was energy, JAC at times creates something from nothing."

Kelma, Kelly and Da Silva need to start in NSW Cup for 3-5 weeks and get some rhythm and form.

I considered Kelly at 19, but also do not trust Papali'i at 9 for a long period of time if Smith went down.
The best clubs debut their kids against tough teams
