You are NRL chairman, how do you set out the season

With the talk around a 19 round comp and people putting in ideas. Let's make this, from me at least, a judge free zone of ideas. You are the boss of the NRL, in charge of dictating the new NRL TV deal. Your idea has to go through whether TV like it or not, what deal are you putting forward in terms of what the comp looks like with things such as:

Draw/Rounds

Rep Footy

Start/end date

etc.

    Its the most brutal contact sport in the world bar MMA and formerly boxing..... 19 rounds is still more then the NFL..
