      7 out 17 players is good for a team that just won the GF. Remember we beat their full strength team even though we had injuries.

        There was nothing on the line when we beat them, no expectatio.

        I still don't buy 7 of 17 in a team full of origin players...i can strech it to 4 at a pinch

    How about at the start of the year EA? Have the players become more desirable due Ryles improving them, because those Bris guys you want to swap out know how to win semis now  and ours don't

      No doubt players have improved under JR. I recon Madge would have struggled with our roster. Other than Shibasaki its not like Madge improved some junior or player by a lot like JR has done.

      At the start of the year it would be:

      1. Walsh

      4. Arthers/Cobbo/Mariner
      5. JAC
      6. Brown (I thought Brown was good in 2024) (Mam should have been in jail)
      7. Moses
      8. Haas
      9. Walters
      10. Jensen

      12. Williams
      13. Carrigan
      14. Hunt
      15. Walker
      16. Paulo
      17. Hethrington

      Didnt consider any eels player that left/loaned mid year. 

      Honestly cannot remember how good some of the broncos players were last year so probably made a couple wrong calls.

  Yeah Hopgood over Jensen

  JAC over Mariner

  Maybe Lomax over Karapani or Mariner

  Moses over Reynolds

  Williams would get 17 At least over Smoothy

  After the year Smith had and how Paix is quite simple in his game, Smith could do that role just fine.
