Why did fans want Ryles head after 1 game ?

  I get the expectations were very high but we dropped the ball every 2 seconds and storm had all the running. Was always going to be a flogging if the players couldn't complete a set. Ryles has a good 2-3 years of good grace in my books to make the team what he wants. But yeah most fans are just reactionary lol

The only issue I have with MON is that we are preparing a good half back for a team full of champions in the Broncos.....in 2027.

      It is a mixture. But saying MON is the reason for Pezet is farcical. Ryles would have wanted it and MON got it done. That is practically MON's job. Same with GM's in other sports. Get an idea of what the coach wants, goes out and gets the best he can for what the needs are.
      
      Ryles would have wanted a 6, MON tries to get one. Pezet mentioned and MON goes to get him. Ryles would have final say. Same with BA as many claimed didn't happen. There would not be a single player come into Parramatta that has not been approved on by Ryles. Now would there be times where Ryles wants someone and MON says no? Of course. Vice versa if MON says a suggestion.
      
      Am i saying MON is doing a good job? At this stage not really as his goal is to meet the needs of what Ryles wants and is failing. But let's not claim he was the mastermind behind Pezet, Ryles would have been the one wanting it.

I have seen enough of ryles to want to lock him in for longer already, I would be looking to add another 2 years on top of his current contract.

Is he perfect?, not at all, he is making some rookie mistakes which is to be expected but he is getting a hell of a lot more right than wrong and has already shown signs he is going to be a long time career coach.

"Yeah that is what i am referring to. He mentioned he is signed til 2028, but there has not been announcement made. So whether it was agreed but something happened whether money changed or length or maybe Richie's contract status is different and…"
