Badger you know what i mean. He signed Papali'i and it was a great signing. Same with Opacic. He got RCG deal with Penrith pitching in. He got Lane over when really a nobody. Got Sivo from nowhere.
Saying he signed players who came on board but he got some good signings, if you cannot admit that then you either have an agenda or just do not know much about what he has done.
Again, doesn't excuse his bad signings and how he dealt with re-signing talent. Also, there is a pattern of picking up those that need a second chance instead of big names.

It is November. Every club is negotiating with half a dozen (or more) players right now. But with the new NRL clubs and R360 coming in, it should be expected that every club will end up paying more for a weaker roster. The key is to minimise the damage.

Geez this page is so negative. How about we just back what ryles and co have done the last months back. The eels are obviously in talks with players, clubs always are. Us fans just don't hear about it a lot. We didn't know about Dylan Walker, Jack Williams and joash paplli until they announced it.
