Chiefy, i probably agree with the last two; but do you think Matto will take less than he is on now? I am not 100%, unless the club carries some of the freight for him and his missus enjoys the UK upcoming autumn / winter.....heard he asked for the club to pay his UK congestion zone charge!
Mitchy, I think clubs may wait until just before round 1 for Matterson. That would mean Parramatta has already paid 200k out of his 600k contract.
Other clubs may jump at the chance of signing him for 400k

Serapy how true to form should be something you will never understand, you don't seem to get into discussions about actual games, but you come out without any justifiable reason about the club being financially mismanaged.
Grab yourself a copy of the clubs balance sheet (leagues and football) so we can see your interpretation and understanding of financial weaknesses.

Actually I do comment on games, both positive and negative. Im sure your version of selective history won't remember or will choose to cherry pick what suits whatever narrative you're choosing to make up.

Lanes been off on stress leave and managed to launch his own business whilst he's been off 😂😂. Our club is literally a joke for these players . Imagine being too stressed to run around chasing a ball , but you can manage to do all the groundwork to set up your business. If I'm the club , I'm suing him for his wages back. It'd be what , half a million bucks give or take he'd be on ? Well worth the chase on face value.

So you're of the thinking that he forfeited his salary ? If true that's different then. My understanding is he asked to be relieved of playing duties due to mental health reasons. Which is a totally different scenario.
if he forfeited his salary, than good luck to him and that's a true clubman. It'd be pretty rare to give up 500k a year .
