Phil mentioned that
1. We can’t start the coiterie because Bernie does not want to hear about it.
2. We can’t compete on the market because the club cannot organise TPAs like everyone else
What does this have to do with Bernie and the club?
Why can’t we start the coiterie without asking or informing Bernie?
Or better still why can’t we facilitate TPAs from other parties without Bernie or the clubs knowledge?
That is how it is supposed to be anyway?

This is another whinge fest putting these types of blogs out because we're out of the finals running. It's another excuse that plays into the mediocrity forgiving fans.
Wile, if the Dragons have the lowest amount of Tpa's & owe the NRL millions of dollars, why do they have one of the best rosters in the comp.
If the club can't organize the salary cap to at least be competitive, and also never give any development players a go, why should i put my hard earned into a coiterie - ba will probably spend it on Charlie Gubb.
...the roosters don’t rely on TPAs because they “ manage their cap better than most” as well!
what a load of shite. Common sense to figure out the clubs that do and don’t is far better than an nrl approved registered list...one would think!?
besides our CEO says no to them and our roster is made up how it is accordingly.
Chief you want to blame BA for the Lot, recruitment, playing moneyball, I understand ... wake up to reality!?
PS... does this list include the club sourced one blabber mouth Maloney let out of the bag Chief??
Hey pops, the so called illegal one's were also done here not so long ago mate.
We could also still be benefiting from them today, because players signed under that illegality are still under contract
They took that into account with ours and that’s why we had to offload!! Besides how can you say that about us and not Storm Dogs or Warriors in the past and current Manly fiasco a classic example...geez you’ve got it bad!
Hayne didn’t take his TPA with him when he left the Titans.
You could just have yearly TPAs, ie if the player moves then the TPA does not get re-signed the following year. I have never heard of a TPA following a player to another club, and I doubt it has ever happened.
If other clubs have had to give back cars and the like from club sponsors after investigations, why do broncos get away with this. I doubt players sign thinking the maccas vouchers worth $7000 year is great deal as would much prefer extra cash or a car on top their salary. Seems different rules regarding TPAs for each club. Wouldn't be hard to investigate but if integrity unit did and found broncos are over the 600k due to this what do you think the nrl would do?
I believe Maccas are a sponsor for the NRL so I believe that may be the caveat there - they're doing promotional work for the NRL and so therefore are not subject to TPA rules.
