Humble has enjoyed a remarkable season, highlighted with his signing by the North Queensland Cowboys ahead of the inaugural NRL under-20 competition next year.
The Central Queensland product's other achievements include representing Townsville and North Queensland at under-19 level, winning an A-grade Foley Shield title and captaining the under-19 Queensland Maroons.
Remarkably, Humble has yet to finish on a losing team this year.
He hopes to keep that record intact when hot favourites Brothers meet Charters Towers at the Townsville Sports Reserve on Sunday.
Humble was unaware of his unblemished season until contacted by the Townsville Bulletin this week.
"It's hard to keep track of it all, to tell the truth," Humble said.
"It's been a really good season, I've just enjoyed playing with all the boys from Brothers and Townsville.
"The whole year has been a highlight for me."
Humble – who hails from Blackwater – completed his secondary schooling at well-known rugby league stronghold, St Brendan's College, Yeppoon. He earned a taste of A-grade football with Brothers last year, having moved to Townsville to attend James Cook University.
After electing not to continue his university studies this year, Humble set his sights on winning an opportunity with the Cowboys.
He is currently undertaking an electrical apprenticeship arranged by the Cowboys.
"As soon as I heard about the under-20 competition and I knew I was the right age, I made it a big goal," Humble said. "That was probably my main reason for playing footy, apart from the fact I love playing.
"I want to try and take footy as far as I can."
Humble will not be the only teenage talent on display on Sunday.
The clash between rival hookers Robbie Congoo (Brothers) and Adam Shaw (Charters Towers) is set to be a highlight of the grand final.
Congoo was a bolter in the North Queensland Marlins team which was unbeaten at this year's QRL divisional senior championships and is also understood to have attracted the attention of Cowboys under-20 scouts.
Charters Towers coach Doug Pitt believed the Cowboys would do well to take a close look at Shaw, who has impressed in his first season in A-grade and is also an accomplished goalkicker.

He's a 5/8th but people say he is more a natural Fullback, and if he decided to sign with Nth Qld next season he would have been their starting number 1 (due to bowens injury).
My prediction is that by 3/4's of the way through next season he will be in the top 17 that we can field. Unfortunately due to our kickass depth next year he will most probably start at Wenty, where he will blitz it. Then eventually crack first grade where he will prove to be a gun, and will force his way into the team.
